This application is designed to ensure that affordable housing candidates will be able to explain all of their needs. Each section helps us understand the level of affordability and community setting you require.

Please complete each section so that we can determine your eligibility. Incomplete information may delay the application process. By completing this form, you are giving consent for Anhart to contact your references.

Also, please know that eligible candidates will be contacted once housing becomes available. We will interview prospective tenants at such time and will require proof of income and assets, ID for all household members and any other pertinent information relating to your current situation. We will also require permission to assess your Canadian immgiration and justice status.
